1.2 Medium term goals: 6 months to 2 years

1.3 Long term goals: 2 years to 5 years

2 How I organise my work?

2.1 Primary tasks

2.1.1 Work that will contribute directly towards my short term or medium term goals.

2.1.2 Most difficult task of the day.

2.1.3 I may not always like these tasks but I know I have to do them.

2.2 Secondary tasks

2.2.1 Work that will contribute directly towards my short term goals.

2.2.2 Boring but necessary tasks.

2.2.3 Boring because I know how to do them.

2.3 Tertiary tasks

2.3.1 Tasks that doesn't require much of my brain power.

2.3.2 Non important mundance tasks.

2.3.3 Can become important if not finished in few days.

3 My time table

3.1 04:00 to 07:00: Primary tasks/Focussed work

3.2 07:00 to 09:00: Get ready, travel, school or office

3.3 09:00 to 12:00: Primary/Secondary tasks/Focussed work

3.4 12:00 to 16:00: Secondary tasks

3.5 16:00 to 17:00: Secondary/Tertiary tasks

3.6 17:00 to 19:00: Tertiary tasks

3.7 19:00 to 21:00: Relax/Movie
